What started out a little shakey ended up a blow out as New Hope MS beat Lancaster Wheatland 45 - 17....
New Hope was up only 2 - 0 at the end of the first quarter and losing 11 - 10 at the half... After a much needed "chew out" by Coach Scott, they got their act together.... They turned up the defense holding Wheatland to 6 points in the 3rd and "ZERO" in the 4th.....
New Hope was led by do it all guard Montrel "Too Smoove" Morgan as he had 18pts, 12 rebs, 10 steals and 9 assist.... Esteban Martinez chipped in 6 pts and 5 steals while 7th grader Erik Mann came off the bench with a spark and chipped in 6 pts and a couple of flashy drives to the hoop....

Coach Little ask the coach of new hope would he like to play my 8th grade team from lancaster, so we can give his great team some comp, and if you want to talk about stories how about Mccaskey JV team who is undefeated beating Chester,Reading,Harrisburg etc... or the freshmen team who is also undefeated led by there two 8th grade studs ( Really New hope in my Kevin Hart voice)
