Current West Chester All Conference Guard Jonathan Breeden from CD East High School and also a product of Harrisburg School District has been given the opportunity to go to Germany with a group of College players next month to compete against professional basketball teams and to get exposure....  For those who know this young man, you know that he just might be the hardest working young guy around and he is focused on achieving his goal of playing professional basketball.....

For those coaches that are looking for something to do in early August, look no further...  The PA Keystone Games are back and will be hosted in the Harrisburg area...  These games usually feature some of the top players from ages 11 - 18 all across PA and the surrounding States.....

Andrew Wiggins is giving fans at North Carolina, Duke and Syracuse hope of landing arguably the best high school basketball player in North America.

But his high school coach said two other schools appear to have the inside track on the 6-foot-7 Wiggins, who may or may not reclassify to the Class of 2013 from 2014.......

Can the average kid really be a professional athlete???

     These days when we ask a child what they want to be when they grow up, we get answers like, " I wanna play in the NBA" or "I wanna play football"....  We as adults have always heard that the chances are slim so don't focus on sports too much....  My question is, should we really try to kill our children dreams by telling them their chances are slim in being a professional athlete?

The Adidas Invitational held at various locations all over Indianapolis is one of the most highly-regarded and competitive exposure tournaments held in July.  The South Central Select 15U boys made the 9-hour trek west to see how they'd square off against some of the nation's best.......

Although Harrisburg's Quincy Roberts may not have heard his name called on NBA Draft night, he still has a very bright future ahead of him.....

Harrisburg Area kids put on a show at the world famous 5 Star Basketball Camp...

A group of kids from the area had an opportunity to get an experience of a lifetime going to 5 Star Basketball Camp at East Stroudsburg University....  This had to be the longest 4 days of basketball in their lives as their days began at 7am and ended at 10pm.....  These kids not only represented themselves and our area well on the court, but they also performed well off the court with exceptional mannerism.....
