New Hope Middle School on a roll....

Coach Chris Scott really wasn't sure how his team was going to look at the beginning of the season.  One thing he knew for sure was he'd have a group of guys willing to compete......

New Hope Academy Charter School is a small school in York City with a family atmosphere and it shows on the basketball court as well....

In a highly anticipated game vs Lincoln Middle School, New Hope came out slow but finished strong winning the game 44 - 31......

8th grade sensation Montrel Morgan led the way once again with 25 points, 10 rebounds and finishing 2 steals shy of a triple double.....   Ny'Kam Beverly chipped in 8 pts and 3 steals while Esteban Martinez came off the bench to contribute 5 pts, 5 rebs and 5 steals,  Elliot Wilson also had 6pts and 6 rebounds....

"These guys are getting a great workout this season as we increased our schedule to play more inner city schools" coach Chris Scott stated....  "All I ask is that they give me everything they have on the floor and what ever happens, happens"....

Congrats to the Mighty Ants and good luck on your next one....
