Interesting Middle School and Freshman games today....

If you are free this early afternoon and want to see some good basketball, take a trip to Susquehanna Middle school or swing over to Steelton and see some of the top young 7th and 8th graders in the area.....
Starting at 3:45pm, Harrisburg Freshman team will take on Susquehanna Freshman team....   This will be a very intense and hard fought game as these kids know each other well and compete hard all spring and summer....

Harrisburg has a slew of 8th graders such as Elyjah Camp, Tito Flemister, Ahmir Wright and Justin Carter....  Not to mention top 7th grader Shaquan Butts-Anderson....  These guys love to get up and down the floor and will press you all game....

Susquehanna has basically 2 starting fives as they can just keep throwing guys at you all game...   Their Freshman team is only 8th graders and they can play...  Guys like Sam Allen, Moody Thomas, Darian Perez, Aneas Carter, Tayvon Bowers, Tre'ale Seagers and Sylas Pope, just to name a few, have energy for days.....

This will be the type of game you will not want to see end.....

Later in the afternoon, over at Steelton, East Pennsboro will come over to see if they can steal a game....   East Penn is led by DO IT ALL WING GUY Tim Kater Jr....   Tim can hurt you from the inside or outside plus his IQ is way above his grade level.....

Steelton has a ton of big guys and they will be too much for the Panthers as Chris Henderson, Trey Baltimore and Shaquan Benton should own the paint....  Then combo guard Yahmir Wilkerson loves to attack the basket using that floater so well....  It should be another fun one to watch.....
