Middletown Allstar tourney in full effect....

If you haven't been in the Main Street gym in Middletown this week, you're missing an opportunity to see some of the top young talent in the area......

On the Pony level, Steelton Allstars have been dominant, winning by an average of 51 points in their last two games....  Some of the talent in the pony division are 5th graders Jordan McCraw, Tyreese Smith, Keyain Bullock, Javion Grant, Donovin Medina and  John Pogasic.....

Those guys have put on a dazzling display for the fans and anyone else watching.....

The Midget level has been a little more competitive with most teams, but the two teams that stand out are Dons Smith and Steelton Allstars...

Dons Smith has a trio of guys that run their system to a "T"....   Ryan Hughes, Brady Fox and Trae Leach make that team tough to handle....  Then they have a slew of role players that just understand how to play the game...

The Camp Curtain Y had a nice win over Chambersburg by 3 points as #1 SF in the 6th grade class Tim Kater Jr. knocked down the free throws to win the ball game...

Kater is a tough player on the low blocks and on the wing which makes him difficult to handle...    Saturday, they have a re match with Dons Smith as they vowed it would be a better outcome than the last time (Dons Smith 56 - 46).....

Steelton Allstars was superb in their first game winning 57 - 17 over Olmstead....  Steelton has lots of fire power with a starting 5 of Jaqui Jenkins, Casey Caruso, Dion "Pac Man" Patterson, Willie Davis, and Tyrece Little....   Coming off the bench is Yahmir Wilkerson, Amiq Jenkins, Big John, Malikai Young and 6th grade girl Phenom Tiara Little....

If you're looking to see some of the up and coming talent in the area, look no further!!!
