Local Players Dom Antonelli and Jahaad Proctor make the PA All State teams

Centralpabball.com would like to send a HUGE CONGRATS to jr lead guard Dom Antonelli of Trinity HS and soph combo guard Jahaad Proctor of Harrisburg for making the 2012-2013 PA All State team....   Although these two young men would have loved to take home a State title, they should be very proud of this accolade......

Dom Antonelli was left off of the Keystone Mid Penn All-Star team this year.....  He didn't even get an honorable mention....  I'm sure he would like to thank all of the coaches who decided not to vote for him because it added fuel to his fire as he went on to torch every team he played against in Districts and States....  Dom is a flat out baller and does a great job leading his team to victories....  The best is yet to come for this young man....

Jahaad Proctor came onto the scene this year as a JV player at Harrisburg but quickly became a threat for the varsity team because of his outside shooting....  Well, as the season went on, he began to show that he wasn't just a shooter...  He became a better defender, ball handler and showed he was a high IQ player....  Although Harrisburg had so many weapons this year, Proctor may have been the most consistent from beginning to end....  It also didn't hurt that he has a 4.1 GPA and already has offers from Radford and Penn....   I believe although he stands at 6'2, he still has another growth spurt in him as he's only 15 years old....   Keep your eye out for him because his stock is rising quickly.....

One player that I thought would be on the 2nd team All State was Harrisburg's Steven Stoney...  This young man was the best player in the area in my eyes and was the most versatile player as well...   He may not have received the accolades as a few other players but make no mistake, they all know what he can do.....  Stoney has been getting very high interest from Division 1 MEAC school Delaware State University so keep an eye out for how that goes....
