RULES & REGULATIONS:
Balling For The Nations 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
Court Managers
Court Managers are
a very important part of this tournament.
Remember:
They are not
professional referees. They are volunteering their time so YOU can play in this
tournament. Their role is to help mediate disputes that occur during games and
to ensure that games start on time and proceed to their conclusion. Please
treat them with respect and abide by their decisions in regards to your issue.
If you have any questions during the tournament that you feel need further
explanation, please see the Tournament Director (Shawn Lewis Sr). The Court
Manager has absolute authority to control play on his or her court including
the right to sit a player for a period of time, eject player(s) from a game or
games and ejection from the tournament. Even though it is not required it is
suggested the Court Manager check with the Tournament director regarding
ejection of a player from the tournament. Once a decision has been made after a
disagreement or appeal, the decision is considered to be final and no further
appeals allowed on the incident.

timeout per game.

of the key.
6.
The ball must be taken back behind
the three point line on every change of possession. “Taking it back” means the

result in a violation and the ball will go to the opposing team.
Fouls:
1. When a foul occurs the team that is
fouled will receive the ball back at the top of the key.
