AAAA Semi Finals York vs Lancaster and Harrisburg vs Wilson

We are almost at the Grand Finale for Districts and AAAA has turned out to be just as it should...  The top 4 teams are playing for the chance to walk away with a GOLD MEDAL....  The first game will be York vs JPM as these two teams have seen each other earlier in the season...  JPM walked away with the win but York has a feeling they are the better team still....
These will be some really good matchups and a high scoring game as York's back court of Tavon Parker and Derek Wilson is about as good as it gets in Central PA....   Derek is coming off of an injury so hopefully he is well enough to play at a high level tonight....  JPM is on a roll behind their Elite guards Diante Cherry and Aaron Swinson....  Take into account that they have one of the most versatile players in the State in Davonne Pinkard plus the big fella in the paint Keyon Cowan and you have yourself a scary team here...   I say JPM pulls out a tight game here...   92 - 89 JPM in overtime...

The next game will feature The #3 team in the State, Harrisburg playing against Wilson from the Berks area....   Wilson has a rich tradition in being very competitive in the playoffs....  It just so happens that they are going up against a REALLY GOOD Harrisburg team right now...   These Cougars are on a mission right now....  This will be another high scoring game but can Wilson keep up with the pace for 32 minutes?   Harrisburg will keep throwing guys at Wilson starting with Ashton Cooksey-Easter, Jahaad Proctor and Jamaal Carter putting pressure on the backcourt....  When they get tired, here comes Jerel Patterson, Don Rawls, Dejour Williams and James Ezel putting more pressure...   If Wilson is fortunate enough to get past them, now they run into guys like Chris Britton, Shoop Sheppard, Dom Lewis, Steven Stoney, Kyle Cook and maybe even Keyion Jackson....

I think Wilson will maintain for the first 16 minutes but that next 16 mins will be the track meet of their lives...  It's tough to prepare for a team like Harrisburg because you can't focus on stopping one or two people...  There are at least 9 guys who could really hurt you at any given moment....

I'm going to say that Harrisburg wins this one 92 - 79 and gets to the Highly Anticipated matchup against Lancaster McCasky again.....

Only time will tell so stay tuned........
