Harrisburg Baby Cougars invade Philly....

Harrisburg Baby Cougars came to Philadelphia on Sunday to participate in the MLK Middle School Classic. Coach Micheal Worrell's team jump out the
van and ran in the gym to get a W verse one of the area's top AAU programs the Philly Bottom Ballers. Cougars led by MVP Xaviers Samuels 25 points, 11 rebounds and Kheshawn Lester 10 point 5 assist. They won 45 to 42.

In their 2nd match up they played the Philly Hurricans.  This was a battle from the beginning until the last play of the game. The Baby Cougars lost 43 to 40 but showed they can compete with some of the best AAU teams in the Philly Area. Led by Kobe Green 16points 10 rebounds 5 blocks and John McNeil 5 points 5 rebounds 5 assist and 5 steals. 

Note: The development of each big man on the Baby Cougars team was very evident. You can tell Coach Mike and assistants Hank Green  and Nate Crosson keep these guys in the gym working. The Fans, Scouts, and Coaches that attened were very impressed with the foundation that each kid displayed. DROP STEP IS DEFINITELY A MAJOR STATION IN PRACTICE. Keep up the great work!
