Susquehanna HS ready to put CENTRAL PA on their back tonight....

It's been a process for this group of guys but man o man was it worth it....  Susquehanna Boys Basketball team led by Coach Vince Rogers will be representing Central PA in tonight's AAA Championship game vs Philly's own powerhouse Neuman Goretti....

This game will have at least 8 - 9 Potential Division 1 players on the court between the two teams with another 4 - 5 Division 1 or 2 Football players as well....  To say the least, this will be a very athletic and aggressive game tonight....

Tonight's game will feature some of the top guards in not only PA but in the country as well in JaQuan Newton (Senior), Lamar Kimble (Junior), Troy Harper (Senior), Vaughn Covington (Soph) and Quade Green (freshman) for NG but SUSQ has top guards as well in Gabe Mack (Senior) Nehemiah "Bud" Mack (Soph) and Jordan Milberry (Sr)....

I'm very interested to see how the Newton vs Bud Mack matchup looks tonight...  Newton will be the best guard Mack has faced this year...  One thing I know for sure, NG's pressure will not bother the Mack brothers...  These two are two of the most poised ball handlers you can find out there....

If this game is a close one in the 4th quarter, SUSQ can win this game...  How do they stay in the game?  Get the ball to Quintin Ward, Joe Marshall and Roman Letterlough early and often....   Ward is a tough matchup for anyone in this State...  The kid just plays with an attitude and he'll need it tonight in a big way...   Letterlough has developed into a fine player and even a College prospect now...  He's good for 6 to 7 rebounds with 6 to 8 points and 4 HARD fouls....  Marshall is the X factor because he brings the BIG TIME experience...  Marshall has played in big HS games and Big aau games with Team PA (Formally PA Pump n Run) ....

When the game is close, I'm putting the ball in the young fellas hand, Bud Mack...  This young soph is primed and ready for greatness....  He has the ability to take guys off the dribble but also shoot the 3 ball with accuracy...  He's a money man from the free throw line as well and in my opinion is a 1st TEAM ALL STATE PLAYER this year....   regardless of his grade....

This should be a very good game tonight so if you can't make it to the Giant Center, be sure to tune in on tv at 8pm...  Check your local listings for channels...
