Here's a Throwback from Big Star's Lost Tapes on two of the most storied basketball programs in Pennsylvania.... Harrisburg (#1 in AAAA) and Steelton (#8 in AAA) have always had some tough games against each other and this goodie was no different....
Harrisburg was coming off of a State title the previous year so they were all on Cloud 9 and ready to compete... Harrisburg came into this game on a 54 game winning streak at home as well...
This game featured guys like Harrisburg's Danny Lansanah who is now with the NY Jets, Harrisburg's Mikell Simpson who went on to Virginia to play football, Bernard Brown (Millersville), 6'6 Monster Kamar Hall, Derrick "DT" Thompson and Sharp Shooter Clarence Sinclair .... Steelton had a couple of young guns in Sophomores Tramayne Hawthorne (Drexel) and Tristin Crawford who both ended up being 2000 point scorers for Steelton, Kenton Alston (Standout player for PSU Harrisburg)....
