Nehemiah "Bud" Mack still doing big things....

A young Nehemiah "Bud" Mack and Tyrece Little back in 2011 at Hoop Group
Back in 2010 - 2011 when Nehemiah "Bud" Mack was putting up 20pppg as an 8th grader playing Varsity Basketball for Emmanuel Baptist, lots of people were not believers....   I heard comments like "The competition is weak", "He can't dominate in the PIAA against REAL players"....   and so on, and so on....
Especially after his 54 point game in the Playoffs for the EBCA Championships.....   Well, all Mack did was become a three year starter for Susquehanna, which is a PIAA school, Get himself a District Gold and a State Playoff Silver Medal, while being a Two Time All State Player for Susquehanna....    Not bad for a guy who people thought couldn't handle PIAA basketball....   On top of all of that, he now hold offers from Division 1 schools such as Towson, Stony Brook and most recently from The two time MAC champs Manhattan.

Mack may have run out of PIAA eligibility but at this point, playing HS ball is a necessity for him....   He's training 6 days a week, maintaining his academics, while ensuring that he will be a full qualifyer for NCAA Sports next Winter.....   With time on his hand, he still has the option to attend a prep school if he chooses to do so but only time will tell....

Huge congrats go out to this young man.....  CentralPABball.com has been a supporter since Day 1.....  Check the ARCHIVES!!!!
