On a rainy Saturday morning in Philadelphia, 75 talented youth attended the 2015 Philly USA  Youth Development Clinic. Nine young Ballers from the Harrisburg Area where in the gym "Representing Their City!"
2020 Davon Lee 5'9" PG Math and Science MS, 2019 Tyante Gibson 5'9" PG Nativity MS, 2019 Xavier Samuels 6'2" WF Agora Charter, 2019 Jordan Mccraw 5'9 SG Susquehanna MS, 2019 Gerald Jarman III 5'9 LG Susquehanna MS, 2019 Alin Jones 6'1 PF Susquehanna MS, 2019 Will Bowen 6'4 PF Lower Dauphin MS, 2019 Pete Gantt 5'8 pg Harrisburg and 2019 Ali Anthony 5'9 combo from Harrisburg came to put their talents to the test verses the best in the Tri-State Area.

Lee showed his shooting and lead guard skills. Plays similar to a Jason Kidd but can hit shots at an earlier age... Also a willingness to defend on the ball!  This kid is going to be special being that he is only in the 7th grade....

Gibson put his super quickness on display on offense and defense.  As he grows into his body he will become one of the best young guards in the HB area.

Samuels has been in the gym. Today he showed the beginning  of transitioning from a forward to a tall wing. He played off the bounce with growing comfort. At one point he went on the attack verse older competition.

Mccraw is just a scoring machine....  He gets into the lane at will and uses a nice floater to finish a lot of plays....  Showed a high IQ and a sweet mid range jumper as well...

Jarman III is a bull dog of a guard...  He uses his strength to get to his sweet spots and the kid can finish....  Was strong on the defensive end as well making it hard for other guards to get comfortable...

Jones played really aggressive and draws a lot of fouls in the paint....  He has the potential to grow into a nice wing guy as he continues to work on his outside game...  His defense was outstanding and he competed tough against quality big guys...

Bowen was a big surprise as he us very skilled for one so young....  Showed a soft touch around the basket and could step out and hit the 15 footer...  Scouts were all over this kid because his potential is unlimited....

Gantt is a super strong guard who is aggressive on both ends of the floor...  He loves to go left and draws the contact very well...  played strong against top competition. ..

Ali is tough to contain...  He can shoot with the best of them and defends full court everytime...   He made it difficult for guys to get around him all day...  Plays at a higher level than his peers...

Keep an eye on these 9 young talents. In the next few years they will make their names herd throughout the Keystone State.

Rasool Hajj and Steve Little.
